Do we supply the products and equipment?
We supply all cleaning products and they are approved by the EU standards to the highest level possible.
What areas do we cover?
We are based in Kilmarnock and cover a 20-mile radius. If you are not sure if we cover your area drop us an email or give us a call we are always happy to help.
Do you need to pay a deposit?
We only take deposits if the quote is in excess of £100.
How do I pay and when do I pay?
We accept cash or bank transfer, whichever suits you. Unless another arrangement has been agreed prior to your clean, we kindly request that payment of your balance is to be made before the end of clean.
Do I need to be home when you arrive?
No. If you prefer to be out we can be a keyholder for you or you could leave your key in a key safe and when we finish your clean we will put it back.
What does BCCA Approved mean?
It is the British Cleaning Certificate Award. So you can be confident we know our stuff.
What happens if I need to cancel my clean?
Our policy is to charge for a clean, to avoid being charged all we ask is you let us know at least 24 hours before. This gives us a chance to redeploy our staff efficiently.
